Our Mission
Our Mission
2.1 Innovation for Environmentally & Economically Viable Processes
- Develop solvent-free, aqueous, or bio-based solvent systems to replace hazardous organic
solvents.
- Employ catalytic over stoichiometric processes to improve atom economy and minimize
waste.
- Advance asymmetric synthesis and biocatalysis for selective, sustainable molecule
construction.
- Optimize reaction conditions (temperature, pressure, catalysts) for lower operational
costs and reduced emissions.
- Explore direct synthesis routes to minimize intermediate steps and reduce
material/energy input.
2.2 Reduction in Import Dependence
- Synthesize key starting materials, reagents, and intermediates locally from indigenous
raw materials.
- Develop scalable and economically viable processes for specialty chemicals and APIs.
- Create alternative routes for high-value chemicals traditionally imported using
accessible feedstocks.
- Focus on developing local catalyst systems and ligands for advanced synthetic
transformations.
2.3 Process Standardization & Quality Control
- Use validated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical manufacturing steps.
- Conduct regular in-process and final product testing against defined quality metrics.
- Provide continuous training to operators on GMP and process control practices.
